Welcome words
Welcome to Boot Camp, Recruits.
I am your Drill Instructor, [Rank, Name].
I will be teaching you how to be a marine.
For start, if you're asking what's Boot Camp or DI, you can stand up.
You'll get your answer.
(If they stand up, read them blue part, if not, skip that part)
Boot Camp is a camp for Navy/CoastGuard/Marine Corps recruits, where the recruits becomes an enlisted member.
DI (or Drill Instructor) is a non-commissioned officer who are assigned the duty of training new recruits entering the United States Marine Corps into the customs and practices of military life.

I will have to ask you to pay attention, and be active.
While in Training you are to adress me as Chief. Do you understand that Recruit(s)?

Attention Drill
Now, get up on your feet and get fixed!
What you have just done is called "Attention on Deck!".
When you see this called, or an outranking officer walk trough the hatch, you STAND UP!
You do NOT talk, turn or move.
You stay standing until that officer calls "At Ease or AE".
Is that clear, Recruits?
You will show respect by following orders and properly addressing your shipmates and superiors.
When given a direct order by a superior officer, you reply "Aye,Aye,Sir/Ma'am."
When a superior officer asks you if you understand what they are saying, you either respond:
"Aye,Aye,Sir/Ma'am" or "No, Sir/Ma'am"
Understood, Recruits?
Test a few Attention Drills.

Core Values

In the Marine Corps, we have three core valuves.
Honor, Courage and Commitment.
Honor is being honest and responsible while maintaining integrity.
Courage is the moral strength to do what is right.
Commitment is supporting and defending the Marine Corps, regardless of adversity.
If you show there qualities in your work, you ill excel in the Marine Corps. Understood, Recruits?

Reporting
Reporting is used for promotions/demotions.
An Officer will call "Attention on Deck", then call you to report.
You walk up, face the officer and salute.
After he/she salutes you back, you say "Sir/Ma'am [Rank, Name] Reporting as Ordered, Sir/Ma'am!"
The Officer will talk.
When the Officer says "Dismissed!" You salute him/her, wait for him/her to salute,
then return to your place at Attention.
Understood, Recruits?
Test them Front and Center command

Final word
Congratulations, you have passed Boot Camp!
Change your motto to: (USMC) Pvt [Promo Tag]
When you're done, stand up.
Good.
First Thing to do is search Controllable and add the United States Marine Corps to your favorites
You can go BTB now. Congratulations once again!
When you go BTB you will leave this room using the door not the tele.
I expect you to sit in the Front Row and do your job by recruiting new members.
When i say Dismissed you can go BTB now and congratulations once again .
Dismissed!
